Training really did the job
As you know we have very strict KPI's to meet and so it was imperative that every engineer sharpened up their customer service skills. Your two days training really did the job! The engineers were, as you can imagine, reluctant to start but all commented on how useful your training was and were confident they could improve their customer service skills going forward.
